State Rep. Ryan Warner | Pennsylvania 52nd Legislative District
Rep. Ryan Warner (R-Fayette) is encouraging senior citizens in the area to participate in a Seniors for Safe Driving Seminar. The event aims to help seniors improve their driving skills and earn a discount on their auto insurance.
The seminar will take place on Friday, Sept. 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Washington Township Municipal Social Hall, located at 1390 Fayette Ave., Belle Vernon.
A safe driving instructor will cover topics such as communicating with drivers, risk management, airbags, sharing the road, road signs, signals, pavement markings, and more. All attendees aged 55 and older will receive a certificate granting them a minimum of 5% off their auto insurance for three years.
The cost to attend is $17 per student. RSVPs are requested by Tuesday, Sept. 3, either by calling Warner’s office at 724-437-1105 or signing up online.
