Fayette Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.
Uniontown Hospital has started vaccinating staff against COVID-19. On Thursday, the hospital received 975 doses of Pfizer’s vaccine and began administering them to staff at 8 am Friday.
Lily Peck, the Director of Quality Performance, received the first vaccine which was administered by the Director of Pharmacy.
