Windber Borough Police Department issued the following announcement on Nov. 12.
Please help make a child's Christmas special this year by donating a New unwrapped toy or a cash donation to the Windber Borough Police Department for those children who are less fortunate in our area. Donations will be accepted at 1301 Jefferson Avenue, Windber.
