Borough of West Brownsville issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.
Road work is scheduled to begin on MONDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2020. This is a change from Thursday, 10/15/20 to Monday, 10/19/20. We just heard from the road company and there was a machine issue, which caused the postponement. If anything else changes, we will keep you updated as we receive information.
Please know that Wilson Road, into Blainesburg, will be blocked off for the majority of the day.
Access to Blainesburg will be detoured through West Brownsville.
The contractors have stated that the work is scheduled to be completed in one day.
Please plan accordingly.
