Municipal EMS meeting

Description
The Clarion County Association of Township Officials is hosting several informational meetings to discuss the viability and availability of the Emergency Medical Services with in Clarion County and solutions to this issue. Presently there are occasions when the EMS system is overwhelmed by the number of calls for service and/or the lack of staffing.
We have scheduled the meetings for 6:30 PM on Monday August 15th & Thursday August 18th at the Clarion Township Municipal Building, 17382 Route 322, Strattanville, PA 16258. We ask that you send 1 or more members of your board or council to one of these meetings. It is imperative that your municipality participates in these discussions. The Clarion County EMS situation has reached a critical point and needs to be resolved.
As a leader in your municipality, you are responsible for ensuring that fire and emergency medical services are provided for the residents within your municipality.
