Graduates earn 55 degrees, certificates from the Pennsylvania Institute of Health and Technology

About 52.7 percent of the 55 degrees and certificates handed out by the Pennsylvania Institute of Health and Technology in 2017-18 were to students in programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Braddock conferred 29 associate's degrees in medical office assistant/specialist programs.

Other popular programs include "other" practical nursing, vocational nursing and nursing assistants, medical administrative/executive assistant and medical secretary and medical/clinical assistant.

The institute enrolled 88 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
