Winter Sports Physicals Info
Winter physicals will be given at the senior high on Monday October
31-2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. All paperwork must be filled out
and signed by parents and students.
Paperwork can be picked up at the security table beginning Wednesday, October 12th
Winter sports at the senior high:
1. boys basketball
2. girls basketball
3. girls swimming
4. boys swimming
Winter physicals will be given at the middle school on Monday, October
31 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Winter sports at the middle school-grades 7 and 8:
1.boys basketball-grades 7 and 8
2.girls volleyball
Cost of the physical – $9.00
