September 11th Remembrance Ceremony Scheduled

County of Fayette recently issued the following announcement.

The event takes place at 2 p.m. Sept. 11 in Uniontown’s Storey Square.

Fayette County and the City of Uniontown invite all Fayette County citizens to join us in commemorating the 20th anniversary of September 11, 2001. The Fayette County Veterans Affairs office, Uniontown City Council, Bruderhof communities and more will come together for the remembrance ceremony. 

Please join us at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11 in Storey Square, Main Street, Uniontown, for an afternoon of music, fellowship and dedications in honor of our first responders and the victims of Flight 93 in Shanksville.
