Windber Area Middle School recently issued the following announcement.
Registration for Kindergarten /4 and Kindergarten Students
If you have a son or daughter who needs to be registered for the Kindergarten K4 or the Kindergarten program for the 2022-2023 school year please call the Windber Elementary School Office at (814)467-4567 as soon as possible.
Children’s original birth certificate, immunization record, parent/guardian driver’s license, proof of residency, proof of guardianship or any court documentation is required at the time of registration.
We will be continuing our program of full-day Kindergarten classes for five-year old stuÂdents. These classes are aligned with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Early Childhood Education initiatives.
Also, the Windber Elementary School will again be offering a full-day Kindergarten/4 Program for the 2022 – 2023 school year.
The full time schedule will allow all of our Kindergarten/4 and Kindergarten students the opportunity to have breakfast and lunch, in the school, and will also provide an additional block of instructional time in the classroom.
All students will begin classes at 8:30 a.m. All students may use the morning and afternoon transportation services made available by the school district.
We look forward to seeing everyone at registration which will take place on Wednesday, March 23rd and Thursday, March 24th 2022.
We all look forward to a successful 2022- 2023 school year.
